Trainer Bio:

Natalie Noakes is a highly experienced Pilates instructor with 9 years of certification through Elixir School of Pilates in Sydney Australia and Balanced Body in CA. She is passionate about the transformative power of Pilates, having personally experienced its benefits in regaining her pre-baby body, rehabilitating old injuries, and enhancing her pelvic floor and core strength. In addition to teaching Mat and Reformer Pilates, Natalie also specializes in Yoga, Pilates Blend fusion classes, Yogalates, and works as a Physical Therapy exercise specialist. With a global teaching experience that spans Sydney, Australia, Nicaragua, Mexico, and now the valley from Glenwood through to Aspen, Natalie is dedicated to helping her clients become stronger and improve their bodies.
