Aspen Center for Environmental Studies
With four locations in the Roaring Fork Valley, the Aspen Center for Environmental Studies offers a wealth of opportunities to learn about the local environment year-round. From guided hikes and snowshoe tours to fun events for the whole family, ACES is a hub for environmental education in the region.
Snowmass Rodeo
Celebrating its 43rd season, the longest-running rodeo in Colorado can be found right here in Snowmass. This authentic western event takes place every Wednesday evening in the summer through mid-August.
Anderson Ranch Arts Center
Situated on a breathtaking 4.5-square-acre campus with renovated artist studios scattered throughout historic buildings, Anderson Ranch is one of Snowmass’ hidden gems. Visitors here can enjoy gallery exhibitions, regular artist and critic lectures, workshops, and special events throughout the year. The Ranch also has an excellent gift shop with arts supplies and original works by residents for sale.
Aspen Art Museum
Just 15 minutes from Snowmass in a stunning new facility downtown, the Aspen Art Museum features the most recent and important evolutions in international contemporary art. In addition to a variety of unique exhibits by internationally acclaimed artists, the Museum offers lectures, artist talks, screenings, performances, and family-friendly events throughout the year.
Jazz Aspen Snowmass
